If you are unable to remove a QWC file from QBWC using the Remove button, sometimes it is necessary to forcibly remove the QWC information.

Caution: The computer’s registry should only be edited by a qualified computer professional. Editing the registry incorrectly can damage your installed programs or the Windows operating system itself. Contact your system/network administrator, or a local computer consultant for more information about troubleshooting your Windows registry.

To remove the problem QWC information, you will need to remove the keys from the registry for the Web Connector.

Registry Key: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intuit\QBWebConnector
Delete the key entry from under the Scheduler and SOAPWebServices

Deleting these keys will remove it from the Web Connector. Then you can go into QuickBooks and remove the app from the Integrated Preferences panel.
